The factory has 5 professional workshops, including 3000 square meters process workshop, 3000 square meters intelligent bridge cutting workshop, manual processing workshop, and panel layout workshop. The panel layout area reaches 8600 square meters, making it the largest panel layout area in the stone fields.
Equipped with various irregular processing equipment, including two Italian five axis processing centers, it can independently complete the organization and operation of various large-scale stone engineering projects, Processing and installation, the monthly output of engineering boards is about 40000 square meters, and the annual output reaches 360000 square meters, which can meet various large orders, urgent orders, and difficult single station services.

Our company has 6 intelligent cutting machines, as well as independently developed ERP systems and MES manufacturing management systems. Multi-Functional Stone Visual Inspection Equipment
The multi-functional stone visual inspection equipment jointly developed by our company and Cathay Institute of the Chinese Academy of Sciences can get stone images with true colors and clear textures by intelligent scanning, and realize automatic identification of QR code data, stone size information extraction, detection and identification, and remote monitoring and data transmission functions.
Currently, our company is cooperating with the Chinese Academy of Sciences, China Unicom, Haishihui and Chain Stone to promote the digitalization of intelligent manufacturing in the stone industry.
